Go Utes!

As many Utah residents know, BYU played the University of Utah in a recent football game. Unfortunately BYU won the game but, as you can see, we still support our school. Go Utes!

Scared & Confused

It was the first Halloween for Caydon & Boston. By the looks on their faces it seems that they were both a little confused as to why they were dressed up. I guess that we can explain it to them when they're a little bit older. Other than their alarming first reactions to Halloween, I think that they had a good time.

Gypsie Jenn & Pea-Pod Caydon

Gypsie Jenn makes her appearance at the family party after arriving fashionably late. As pictured, she's got a hold of Caydon the Pea-Pod. He was so cute in his little costume. Caydon wanted to give a special shout-out to his parents Brett & Brian who are pictured in the background of this photo. He just wanted to say "Thanks for dressing me up like a vegetable so I can be an inspiration to all the little childrens all over the world to eat their vegetables."

Dino & Dad

Little Tristen dressed up as a dinosaur for Halloween. The poor little guy had been sick so he didn't get to play much with his younger cousins. David got to celebrate his birthday with the whole family. I think that he's the only Rogers child that gets a birthday greeting from everyone. Maybe it's not so bad having a birthday on a major holiday.

Cowgirl Baylee & Skater Dude Taylor

It was lots of fun to see Baylee & Taylor at the Halloween Bash. Baylee looked so cute in her Cowgirl costume and Taylor looked so cool in his Skater costume. Besides coming for the party, Taylor & Baylee got to go trick or treating around David & Lily's neighborhood. They brought back enough candy to share with everyone but of course they kept it for themselves. That's what Halloween's for!

Halloween Bash 2007

Halloween at David and Lily's house was fabulous as usual. All of us were surprised to see Mark Rogers who flew in from Texas to celebrate the holiday and coinsidently, David's birthday. The food was good and the company was too. David & Lily's garage was decked out as usual with ghosts and witches hanging around. It was really fun to get to catch up with everyone and enjoy each other's company. For the record, it was the first time that all eleven of the Rogers children were together since...... well, I don't know. Since the last time we got together.

Bubble gum stuck to the bottom of a shoe...

For some, it took a few questions to figure out what Tammy was for Halloween. Questions like "Why is there a shoe on your head?" Another question was "Why are you wearing so much pink?" After putting two and two together, those who didn't get it at first realized that she was indeed bubble gum stuck to the bottom of a shoe. It was definitely the most creative costume at the party.

For those who didn't get the scoop on Tammy's costume I think that it's good to mention that she got the shoe from a friend and had to use some serious glue to get it to stick to her beanie. It was cool!

The Incredible Hulk

John dressed up as the Incredible Hulk. He spent most of the night chasing Taylor, Baylee, and Tristen around the yard while grunting the words "Me Hulk."

We're Pirates who don't do anything..... we just sit around and don't do anything! Rrrrrr.....

Jeremy & Camille dressed like Pirates for the Halloween Bash. After raiding the local Deseret Industries and Savers stores they went to work to put together their ravishing costumes. Baby Boston got to be a cow this year because his costume was on sale long before Halloween this year. All three of them had fun at the family party. "We Rrrrr.... glad that we have such a great family!"
