What a Merry Christmas!

The Rogers Family had another great Christmas Party!! The food was delicious, and the white elephant games brought lots of laughs. The best part was just being together.

Thank you Mark, Alecia, and Kids for the ornaments you made us! We all loved them! It was nice to know you were thinking of all of us!

Please let Camille know if your DVD of the family pictures doesn't work. Hopefully you enjoyed watching it! Here are a couple of pictures we got. Sorry we didn't get one of everybody...

Rogers Family Christmas Party!

The details of the Annual Christmas Party have been announced!

Date: Christmas Day
Time: 4:00pm
What: Every family is to bring one white elephant gift. It has been asked that it is not JUNK. Apparently Micheal doesn't won't any more lotion or fingernail polish... Also everyone is to bring an appetizer to share!

We look forward to seeing hopefully everyone there!

You Heard It Through The Grapevine (Darla)

CINDY was excited to get to watch a double knee replacement and an open heart surgery at work. As you might expect, she loved the Body Worlds Exhibit, too!

CATHERINE and MEGAN both had 4.0 grade point averages this semester. CONGRATULATIONS to them both! CATHERINE didn't care for Body Worlds.
MEGAN and DUSTIN (her boyfriend) are going Saturday.

DAVID, JOHN, JENNIFER and DARLA went to the church cannery recently and canned 30 cases (that's 180 #10 cans) of various products for their food storage. They did rice, beans, dried apples, flour, oats, dried onion, dried carrots, sugar, dry milk, and I can't remember what else. It only took them 3 hours to can this much and they had a really fun time! They plan to go back again in January, so if anyone else is interested in going, call one of them.

BRETT has a new job in the shipping department of a vitamin & mineral company. She says her co-workers are very nice. She works days now so hers and BRIAN'S schedules are more compatible.

MARK, ALECIA, BRAEDON, DARIAN and ALEA have 4 laying hens to provide them with fresh eggs each day. HOW FUN! Darla thought this would be a great idea, but her neigh- borhood isn't zoned for it.

MICHAEL is signing the closing papers today, on the duplex he bought.

DARLA is going to Body Worlds with NATHAN and ASHLEA in January. She's really excited about that. NATHAN and ASHLEA have already been and they found it fascinating!

PAUL and DARLA got to watch BOSTON while JEREMY and CAMILLE went shopping on Black Friday. Ask CAMILLE how much fun she had at Wal-Mart!?! Well, see everyone on Christmas!

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was once again a great success! The food was Delicious, and as always it was great to see almost everybody!! We sure missed the Texas crew, Lily who had to work, and Jenn who had the flu! We had a great time eating, playing basketball, eating, jammin', eating, and visiting one with another.

2 Pregnancy's were announced as well.
Tammy and John are expecting their first baby, due on June 17th! They are hoping its a girl...
Jeremy and Camille are expecting their second baby, due on May 16th!

I only had my camera out for a few minutes, so the pictures don't tell the whole story. I also didn't get a chance to edit the pictures... sorry.

Cindy and Taylor's Busy Month of August!

For Taylor's Birthday Party, we went to the Jordan Land fill for a free tour. Everyone learned something including myself who does not buy plastic water bottles anymore. I now fill up my refillable water gallons at Sunflower market for 25 cents a gallon. Much cheaper and I am helping to save the planet!
(Taylor doing one of his favorite things, watching the garbage truck.)
Taylors dad came to town in August. Taylor was very happy to have him here and enjoyed his 3 day stay. They went golfing, played Basketball, went down to the Gateway, shared stories. Hopefully Shannon will realize what a great kid he is missing out on. Grandma and Grandpa got to meet Shannon as well.

Mom organized a "80's" dress up night where me and the girls went around downtown at night dressed up on our bikes to different places. It was fun as always.
